• An insight struck me this week: I'm sailing smoothly in most areas of my life, yet I find myself clinging to a survival mindset. It's a reminder of a gem I picked up from 'Be Useful' – 'Your mindset determines your reality.' It's amazing how true that is!

During the week

• The other day, my daughter and I were chatting, and she hit a bit of a snag with a sentence in her book. It just wasn't making sense to her. So, we brainstormed this fun idea: What if every sentence was like a person you could talk to? Imagine some sentences being grumpy and short-tempered, while others are friendly and giving. Instead of guessing what they mean, we thought about asking them questions, sort of having a little chat with them. This way, their true meanings might just come out in the conversation!

Review

My week was beautifully lit up by a burst of inspiration from a chat with my daughter. It's about turning everything into a conversation – with sentences, with problems, with ideas, and even with thoughts. I'm excited to capture and document these moments, making sure I'm fully mindful and present in every experience.
